Celebrating God's Word in fun, inspiring, and informative ways

Saturday 6th October 2018 at Salford Cathedral

The Festival is rooted in the Catholic Christian tradition,
but is open to all.

The aim is to help Christians to know more about the Bible,
‚Äčand to encounter God's Word in new and dynamic ways.

‚ÄčThrough talks, workshops, exhibitions, and worship,
Festival-goers will see the Holy Scriptures in a whole new light.

The bookshop will be open as usual for the event from 8:30 to 16:30.

Fathers Day

“If a person cannot find anyone to teach him how to pray, let him take this glorious saint for his guide, and he will not lose his way.” — St. Teresa of Avila referring to St. Joseph

St. Joseph, patron saint of fathers, please pray for us!

Sacred Heart

“Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, of its very nature, is a worship of the love with which God, through Jesus, loved us, and at the same time, an exercise of our own love by which we are related to God and to other men.” – Pope Pius XII
